Kashif Shabir

Kashif Shabir is the Interim CEO of Mercy Mission World, the largest Donor Advised Fund in Europe, and the Founder and CEO of Ethical Consulting Group, where he collaborates with charities and family offices to enhance their effectiveness and maximise the impact of their giving.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the social impact and charity sector, Kashif was, until recently, the CEO of Muslim Aid, one of the oldest faith-based NGOs in the UK. He has played a key role in founding and working with several prominent Muslim charities, including the National Zakat Foundation, Charity Right, National Waqf, and Mercy Mission World.

Kashif has also held leadership positions at some of the world's largest mainstream charities, including Oxfam and the British Red Cross. Additionally, he serves on several advisory boards, including Muslim Aid USA.
